What This Means
This regulation requires importers to obtain a Certificate of Telecommunication Equipment and Devices before clearing goods through Indonesian customs.
As a post-border regulation, compliance is verified after the goods clear customs. The importer must meet these requirements before the products can be distributed in Indonesia.
