BC 3.3 is the export-side counterpart to BC 1.6 (PLB entry). When imported goods stored in a Bonded Logistics Center are shipped abroad rather than into Indonesian customs territory, the PLB operator files BC 3.3 instead of the standard BC 3.0.
No Indonesian import duty applies because the goods never cleared into Indonesian customs territory — they were merely held in bonded storage. This makes PLBs an attractive option for regional distribution operations using Indonesia as a hub for ASEAN markets, where some inventory is sold domestically (BC 2.8) and some re-exported (BC 3.3).
