The Plantain Banana that we have is different from the one on the market, Indonesians know the horn banana on the market as the Plantain Bottle Banana. In our plantation, Banana Tanduk Bottle is not planted because it has little purchasing power and low nutritional value. In our area the banana is planted with the name Plantain Jampang Banana. This fruit is still the same family as the Plantain banana, but what we have is 2x more nutritional value than the Plantain Bottle Banana.
Cooked bananas or Indonesians call them Tanduk Banana have a large size, we have these bananas in various sizes according to your needs. Bananas can also be processed for a number of food products, however, ripe bananas are usually processed for the needs of banana chips and other food industries.
